1. Who we are

Hungry for Tea is made by GIE Capital Ltd, trading as BR Productions. GIE Capital Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16746326). Contact: hello@hungryfortea.com.

2. The game licence

When you buy the game or get a download key, you get a licence to download and play it for your own personal use. You don't own the game itself. You may not:

copy, resell or share the game files;
reverse engineer, decompile or change the game;
use our characters, art, names or music in your own products or merchandise without our written permission.

The game is in early access, so it will have bugs and it will change as we improve it. Payments and refunds are handled by the store you bought it from. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

3. Videos and streams

You're welcome to stream the game and post videos of it, including monetised ones. Please link to hungryfortea.com in the description.

4. Fan art

Fan art is welcome for personal, non-commercial use. Selling fan art, or putting our characters on products, needs our written permission first. To ask, email hello@hungryfortea.com.

5. This website

The words, pictures and videos on this website belong to us. Please don't reuse them without permission. You're welcome to link to any page.

6. Merch

Our merch is sold by Teemill at merch.hungryfortea.com, under Teemill's own terms. Teemill prints, posts and handles returns.

We may update these terms. The date below shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Our privacy notice explains what we do with personal details.
