Report a problem

Something went wrong in the game? Tell us here. Press F8 in the game to make a report: a zip and a report_<time>.txt appear on the Desktop. Open the .txt, copy everything, and paste it below.

Paste the stats too if you like. The game keeps a small record of each night on your computer: the map, the difficulty, how long you lasted, which monster caught you and the frame rate. No names, no typed text, and nothing is sent unless you paste it here. Your report already includes the last 30 nights. To send them all, open Settings > Comfort > Export stats in the game: a file called HungryForTea-stats-<date>.csv appears on your Desktop. Open it in any text editor and paste it in, or attach it. They help us see which nights are too hard or too easy.

The report contains the game version, your computer's graphics and what was happening in the game. It never contains names or anything personal. If you'd rather email, hello@hungryfortea.com.
